Return/Refund Policy

Need to make a return or exchange? No worries! Here's your step-by-step guide:

We've got a 30-day return policy, giving you ample time from the item's shipment date to initiate a return. Start the process by shooting an email to support@famfabprints.com. In your email, include essential details like the order number, item(s) for return, and the reason behind it. For defective items or if you received the wrong product, attach images showcasing the issue.

Our diligent Customer Care team will review your request within 2 business days, providing feedback on whether the return is accepted. Once approved, we'll kickstart the return shipping label process. Unfortunately, free returns aren't available, but we'll generate an order for a return shipping label and send you an invoice via email.

After paying the return shipping label invoice, we'll dispatch the label to your email. Ensure your item is securely boxed, preferably in its original shipping material. If unavailable, pack it carefully to prevent damage during shipping. Affix the return label, and drop the package off at the nearest USPS location.

Upon receiving the items, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method or offer store credit, as per your preference.

Remember, your item must be in its original condition – unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags, and in the original packaging. Keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy.

Important notes:

  • Returns are not accepted for flash sale, clearance items, or gift cards.
  • For exchanges, return the item(s) and make a separate purchase for the new item(s).
