Return/Refund Policy

Need to return or exchange your item?  No problem!  Here are the steps you will need to take.  

  • We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date the item was shipped to initiate a return.
  • To start the return process you will need to email
In your e-mail include the following
    • Order number for the order the item was included on
    • Item(s) being returned and the reason for return
    • If the item was defective or you received the wrong item attach images that display the defect or item in question. Our Customer Care team will review your request for return, and reply within 2 business days as to whether the return request is accepted or not.
  • Once your return request is accepted we will start the return shipping label process.  
    • Unfortunately we are not able to offer free returns.  Once your return request is initiated we will generate an order for a return shipping label, and send you an invoice to your email.
    • Once the return shipping label invoice is paid the Shipping label will be sent to your email.
  • You will need to box up your item preferably in its original shipping material.  If you do not have the original shipping material please ensure you package the item(s) securely so that they are not damaged during shipping. 
  • Attach the return label to the package, and drop the package off at the nearest USPS location.
  • Once we receive the items we will issue a refund to the payment method used to purchase the item, or we can issue store credit.

Note:  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Things to Keep in Mind

  1. Our swimwear comes with a removable hygiene liner to ensure your safety. Due to sanitary reasons, we will only accept a return if the hygiene liner is still attached. Please try on your Fam Fab Prints swim items over your underwear without removing the hygiene liner.  If the liner has been removed we will not accept the return.
  2. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on flash sale, clearance items, or gift cards.
  3. If you want to exchange the item(s) you purchased you will need to return the item(s) you have and make a separate purchase for the new item(s).
